How do I become a wholesale customer?
You can now download our wholesale catalog right from our site. Go to the link below this one called Wholesale Catalog. All you need to view it is any version of Acrobat Reader which comes free on most computers. (If you don’t have this program or want to update your version go to www.Adobe.com.)You must order a minimum of 15 pieces each time you order from us. This can be any combination of titles of music or DVDs. Please be aware that the prices on our site are retail prices as our site is also an on-line store.

How do I get the free demos?
We will provide as many free demos as we can within reason on every order (wholesale customers only). We will let you know when you place your order if there is a charge for any demo.

Can I order online?
We prefer talking with our customers but you are welcome to fax or E mail orders. We will confirm these orders and always inform you of any new releases. Calling or faxing is the fastest way to get your order shipped. We will always confirm an E mail immediately. If you don’t get a confirmation of an E mail please call us. Our on-line store is not configured for wholesale orders. If however, it is more convenient to use our on-line store to place an order just add a line to the comment box informing us that you are a wholesale customer. We will inform you of your discount. The credit card charge is not run by the internet, it is handled in our office, manually.

How do I pay for my order?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We can also ship COD but prefer money orders for these orders.

Are there any discounts?
We encourage pre-payments with money orders or company checks and will give a 2% discount. There are no discounts for credit card orders. Please call or fax orders in. We will call you back with the exact amount to send.

Am I charged for shipping and how are my orders sent?
All customers are charged for freight. We normally ship UPS but are happy to mail orders upon request.

I'm unfamiliar with Native American music. Will I have help when I order?
We make ordering as easy as we can for our customers. Check out our best seller lists (in our catalog) and pick from these or let us know if your customers have requested anything specific. You can also give us a dollar amount and we'll put the order together for you.

What if I can't sell the product? Is it returnable?
We always accept returns as long as they are in saleable shape with no price stickers. If you choose not to remove stickers we charge .35 per item. We will credit your account for the total. We ask that the product was originally bought from us.
