McClellan, Robedeaux and Stoner:<br>For Our Loved Ones

Jeff McClellan is a member of the Sac & Fox, Iowa, Otoe, Shawnee and Seneca tribes of Oklahoma. He has been a member of the Native American Church all his life. Brian Stoner is from the Ponca and Cherokee tribes of Oklahoma. He grew up among the elders of the church, many of whom have passed on and are remembered specifically for this recording.(Billy McClellan Sr., Sam Vetter and Steal Standsblack) Kyle Robedeaux has been singing since childhood and is a member of the Otoe and Seminole tribes of Oklahoma. Peyote songs are constantly being created and passed among members of the church. Peyote meetings celebrate the unity of humankind with each other and the earth on which we live. The peyote plant itself is used as a sacrament These three singers carry on the great tradition of their elders in the hopes that future generations will do the same.
