How soon will my order be mailed?
We ship all orders the day they come in unless it is after 4 pm PST. Any order for 4 items or over are shipped Priority Mail. If you want to save money on postage and are ordering 4 or more items please make a request in the comment box for Media Mail. Your order will arrive in a week or so and be much cheaper. We handle credit card entries in our office. It is not done on-line. So we can make a postage adjustment here. We will e mail the amount of the lower rate. Please print your invoice from your e-mail confirmation. This helps to keep our postage fees reasonable and as earth-friendly as possible. If you are an overseas customer expect an e mail regarding any additional postage fees. Our site is not calculated for foreign orders.

What if I don’t want to enter my credit card on the site or I want to pay with a money order?
Enter your order on-line as if you were going to purchase with a credit card. When you get to the page that has added in the postage, print this out as your order form. Please don’t send personal checks or your order will be held for two weeks. If you are Canadian please call us for postage fees.

What if my CD is defective in some way?
All CDS are guaranteed. If yours is defective in any way please call or e mail us for instructions on how to exchange it or receive a refund.

Are any titles available on tape?
